1. Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "lokbd", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the lokbd online casino and betting service, operated at lokbd.bar. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

lokbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for violations of these terms, without prior notice. Any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) in a closed account will be returned through the designated process.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• lokbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or other irregular means will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

lokbd's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on lokbd are governed by the following general rules:

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, lokbd reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, the decision of lokbd shall be final.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The rules for all sports betting markets are set separately. It is recommended that you read the rules for a specific market carefully before placing a bet.

• If any match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be voided and the original stake returned.
• Bets placed based on unofficial scores or information published before the official result is announced may be voided.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

All live casino games and slot games are operated in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi). If a software error occurs in a game, that round may be voided.
